Provincial Minister Ramesh Singh Arora Distributes Christmas Gifts among Orphan Children in Yuhannabad

On the special instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, 12-day Christmas celebrations are being held across the province under the auspices of the Human Rights and Minority Affairs Department with great enthusiasm. In this regard, Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs, Ramesh Singh Arora, visited Yuhannabad, where he shared Christmas celebrations with orphan children.
A colorful ceremony was organized on the occasion, during which the Provincial Minister distributed Christmas gifts among the children, while delicious food was also served to them.
Addressing the ceremony, Provincial Minister Ramesh Singh Arora said that Christmas is not just a religious festival but a message of love for humanity. He stated that Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz had given special instructions to celebrate Christmas joy with these innocent orphan children.
He further said that the minority community is an equal partner in the development of Punjab and that under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the rights of minorities are fully protected. He emphasized that the Punjab Government believes in practical measures for the welfare of minorities and has taken historic initiatives in this regard.
The Provincial Minister said that the increase in Minority Cards is a practical gift for the Christian community, and that steps are being taken in collaboration with educational institutions, various churches and the community. He added that for the first time in the history of Punjab, religious minority festivals are being celebrated at the official level, and 12-day Christmas celebrations will continue across Punjab under the arrangements of the Punjab Government.
