The Ijtema-e-Aam organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan witnessed the special participation of prominent women leaders from 25 Muslim countries, representing various Islamic movements. Their presence added significant global relevance and impact to the gathering.
During the ceremony, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan presented commemorative shields to the distinguished guest leaders. Women leaders from different Islamic countries also expressed sentiments of goodwill, affection and solidarity.

On this occasion, a special commemorative plaque was presented to Dr. Humaira Tariq, President of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Women’s Wing, by Tunisia’s Ennahda Movement. Ennahda representatives including Seham, Laila Al-Zaytouni, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Women’s Wing President Noor-un-Nisa, and former JI leader Dr. Samia Raheel Qazi were also present.
Dr. Humaira Tariq, while expressing heartfelt sentiments in her brief remarks to the guests, said that the presence and affection of the visiting leaders had immensely enhanced the significance of the Ijtema. She added that such cooperation strengthens the bonds among women leaders of the Muslim Ummah.

A special shield was also presented to Samina Saeed, Nazima of the Ijtema-e-Aam. Uzma Imran, Nazima Lahore Region, and Nazia Tauheed, Nazima Central Punjab, were also in attendance. Samina Saeed thanked all international women leaders for their participation, describing their presence as a new example of leadership, unity and sisterhood among women of the Muslim Ummah. She said their attendance reflects a hopeful and intellectually strong future for Muslim women.
