A massive Panthic Congregation was convened today at Gurdwara Sri Manji Sahib Diwan Hall by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) to endorse the directive issued by the Singh Sahibans declaring Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann as Guru-Dokhi (one who has committed an affront to the Guru) and Khalsa Panth Virodi (opposed to the Khalsa Panth). The gathering expressed unwavering commitment to uphold and safeguard the directive of Sri Akal Takht Sahib with complete dedication.

The congregation was attended by prominent Sikh religious leaders, including Singh Sahib Giani Amarjeet Singh (Head Granthi of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib), Singh Sahib Giani Kuldeep Singh Garhgajj (Acting Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib and Jathedar of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib), Giani Tek Singh (Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib), SGPC President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, representatives of Takht Sri Hazur Sahib, Baba Balbir Singh (96th Crore, Budha Dal), Baba Nihal Singh (Hariyan Velan), Baba Joga Singh (Tarna Dal Baba Bakala), Baba Major Singh Sodhi Tarna Dal, numerous Panthic personalities, and a large gathering of Sangat.

Addressing the congregation, Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami stated that Sri Akal Takht Sahib, established by the Sixth Guru, Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, is the eternal and supreme throne of Sikh temporal authority, whose supremacy cannot be challenged. He emphasized that obeying the directives of Sri Akal Takht Sahib is the sacred duty of every Sikh.

Referring to the Foundation Day of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, he said the united presence of the Panth in support of the directive issued by the Five Singh Sahibans was a firm response to those attempting to undermine its dignity, traditions, and authority. He added that those who humbly submit before the Takht attain spiritual purity, whereas those who confront it find no refuge in either this world or the hereafter. He urged all not to forget the lessons of history regarding those who opposed Sri Akal Takht Sahib. He also thanked all Sikh organizations, Sampardas, and the Sangat for responding to the SGPC's call. A Gurmat Resolution presented by the SGPC President was unanimously adopted by the gathering amid enthusiastic Jaikaras.

Speaking on the occasion, Acting Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargaj, said that Sri Akal Takht Sahib is the eternal throne of the Guru. Throughout history, many rulers attacked this Takht, but the Khalsa always defended it with courage. He cautioned those harboring misconceptions not to forget that even the mightiest rulers ultimately had to bow before this Takht.

Taking serious note of the defamatory propaganda being spread against Sikh institutions, he warned the government to stop individuals operating from Chandigarh and Mohali who are allegedly using social media to malign Sikh institutions. He demanded that such activities be halted within ten days, warning that otherwise the Khalsa Panth would be compelled to take appropriate action.

He also announced that on the occasion of Miri-Piri Divas, a Khalsa Vaheer (religious outreach march) will commence on 24 July from Sri Akal Takht Sahib to Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, Talwandi Sabo, with the objective of strengthening Sikh faith among youth and children while spreading awareness of Sikh teachings. He further suggested that the Foundation Day of Sri Akal Takht Sahib should be observed every year on a grand scale in collaboration with all Panthic organizations.

Jathedar Giani Tek Singh of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib stated that governments are attempting to weaken Sikh institutions through arbitrary legislation. He urged the Khalsa Panth to remain vigilant against such agendas and respond with unity.

Representatives of various Nihang Singh Dals, including Baba Balbir Singh, Baba Nihal Singh, and Baba Major Singh Sodhi, reaffirmed their complete allegiance to Sri Akal Takht Sahib and pledged to faithfully uphold every directive issued by the supreme Sikh temporal authority.
