Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif Meets U.S. Senior Advisor Massad Boulos at Antalya Diplomacy Forum

Antalya (Nazrana Times): Pakistan Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with Massad Boulos, Senior Advisor to Donald Trump, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2026 in Antalya today.
During the cordial meeting, the Prime Minister conveyed his warm regards to President Trump and fondly recalled his previous interactions with him. He expressed deep appreciation for President Trump’s bold and decisive leadership, particularly highlighting his role in facilitating last year’s ceasefire between Pakistan and India at a critical moment when tensions had escalated to the brink of conflict.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also lauded President Trump’s leadership in contributing to the successful ceasefire in Lebanon, underscoring the importance of diplomatic engagement in maintaining regional peace.
The discussion covered key regional developments, including Pakistan’s ongoing peace efforts, the ceasefire initiatives, and the historic Islamabad Talks. Emphasis was placed on the need to further strengthen Pakistan–U.S. bilateral relations, especially in the areas of economic cooperation, trade, and multilateral diplomacy.
Mr. Massad Boulos conveyed greetings from President Trump and acknowledged Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting regional stability. He reaffirmed the United States’ interest in enhancing engagement with Pakistan on shared priorities, including counter-terrorism, economic growth, and addressing global challenges.
