Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and extensive damage caused by floods across Punjab.

In a statement issued by the Media Cell, Bilawal House, the PPP Chairman extended heartfelt condolences to the families who lost their loved ones. He commended the dedication of civilian volunteers and Pakistan Army personnel engaged in ongoing rescue and relief efforts. Bilawal also directed party office-bearers and workers to step forward and actively support flood-affected communities.

Highlighting Pakistan’s vulnerability to climate change, Bilawal stressed the importance of aligning future planning with environmental realities. He cautioned that the new monsoon spell could further worsen the situation, urging the nation to remain prepared for all possible scenarios.

“This is a time for unity, not division,” Bilawal emphasized. “As a nation, we have overcome crises before, and with collective strength, we will prevail once again.”
